JYIF’s technology program ‘Intelligence Lab’ has started over the past few weeks. The first session introduced children (aged 6-10) to the basics of robotics in a playful way. It was amazing for children that through playing with LEGO, they could also learn and improve their skills! The intelligence lab program also held a session for youngsters (aged 11-16) in advanced robotics and mobile apps design. An additional session targeted Syrian refugees and Jordanian underprivileged youngsters.
It was rewarding to see the eagerness to learn new skills, whilst adding relevant skills to their skillset. ILP is a huge milestone towards the achievement of the Quality Education goal. STEM education for children and youngsters is fundamental for digital transformation in Jordan.
