We are looking for an energetic and passionate Field Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting regular field visits to monitor activities, overseeing the implementation of projects in target areas, and engaging with local communities to encourage their participation. You will also collect data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, prepare reports on project progress and challenges, and coordinate with local stakeholders and authorities. Additionally, you will help organize community meetings and training sessions, identify and resolve challenges during implementation, and manage logistics and resources for field activities.
