In a world where collaboration transcends borders, the EMSA consortium came together once again — this time virtually — for the 4th Transnational Project Meeting (TPM). Held online, this meeting was a testament to the resilience and adaptability of our partnership, and it marked a significant turning point in our journey.
One of the highlights of the 4th TPM was the review of the ENTRECOMP training implementation across all partner countries. From Cyprus to Jordan, Egypt to Palestine, and Greece, our consortium successfully delivered action-based, EQF-aligned training on entrepreneurial competences to diverse groups of learners.
The feedback was inspiring:
This phase not only strengthened the entrepreneurial mindset of participants but also showcased the power of collaborative curriculum development.
With training completed, the focus now shifts to assessment and validation. During the meeting, partners discussed the finalization of the ISO17024-aligned assessment tools for ENTRECOMP. These tools will ensure that learners’ competences are not only developed but also formally recognized — a key step in enhancing employability and lifelong learning pathways.
The digital assessment platform is nearly ready, and partners are gearing up to launch the certification phase in the coming months.
Another exciting development was the kickoff of the ERF training phase. Building on the success of ENTRECOMP, the consortium is now turning its attention to the six key competences of the European Reference Framework (ERF). Materials have been finalized, trainers are prepared, and national pilots are set to begin.
This marks the beginning of a new wave of capacity building, focusing on foundational skills such as digital literacy, civic engagement, and cultural awareness — all essential for inclusive and future-ready education.
Despite being held virtually, the 4th TPM was rich in dialogue, collaboration, and strategic planning. Partners shared insights, celebrated achievements, and aligned on the next steps with clarity and enthusiasm.
With ENTRECOMP assessments and ERF training on the horizon, EMSA continues to pave the way for innovative, validated, and inclusive vocational education. The 4th TPM reminded us that even in digital spaces, our shared mission remains strong: to empower learners and educators through meaningful, cross-border collaboration.
Stay tuned as we move into the next phase — and celebrate every step of this transformative journey!
