We are thrilled to announce that AHAPP — your personal AI companion designed to help detect hate speech, support safer communication, and empower digital citizens — is officially launched and available now for download on both iOS and Android.
Built as part of the Generative AI – Youth Sector Challenges and Impact project, AHAPP embodies a shared vision: technology doesn’t have to divide us—it can unite, educate, and uplift.
In a digital era where words travel fast, and boundaries of culture, identity, and nation blur, the risk of mis-communication, hurtful language, and online hate continues to grow. AHAPP responds to this challenge by placing empathy, emotional awareness, and digital literacy in the hands of young people, educators, and youth workers.

The creation of AHAPP was a collective effort — involving youth organizations, AI developers, educators, and young people from across six partner countries. Through participatory co-design, user testing and intercultural dialogues, the team shaped an app that is culturally sensitive, technically robust and socially meaningful.
AHAPP’s launch is more than a milestone—it is a statement of belief: that digital tools can be crafted for good, that youth are not just users but change-makers, and that empathy, critical thinking and leadership thrive even in online spaces.
AHAPP is now available for download on both the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android).
