Title: ‘EMSA’ – Entrepreneurial Mindset and Key Skills For All
Date: 2023 to 2025
Location: Greece, Cyprus, Egypt, Jordan, and Palestine.
Donor: ERASMUS+
The EMSA Project – Entrepreneurial Mindset and Key Skills for All represents three years of intensive collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to empowering learners and educators with the skills needed for today’s and tomorrow’s challenges.
Implemented between 2023 and 2025, the EMSA project brought together partner organizations from Europe and the Southern Mediterranean, fostering a strong framework of international cooperation. Partners worked jointly to research, co-create, pilot, and validate curricula focused on entrepreneurial mindset and key skills, carefully tailored to the specific needs and contexts of developing countries. This collaborative approach ensured that the project outcomes were both locally relevant and internationally aligned.
Throughout its lifecycle, EMSA addressed critical gaps within vocational education and training (VET) systems by promoting innovative learning methodologies and competency-based education. The project placed a strong emphasis on building future-ready competencies aligned with the European Reference Framework for Key Competences and the EntreComp Framework, enabling learners to develop creativity, initiative, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability—skills that are increasingly essential in dynamic labor markets.
Beyond curriculum development, EMSA invested significantly in capacity building for educators and trainers, equipping them with modern digital tools, pedagogical resources, and assessment methods. Through structured training programs, pilot activities, and validation processes, the project strengthened institutional capacities and supported the sustainable integration of entrepreneurial education across diverse learning environments.
This final project video captures the full EMSA journey—from its initial research phase to implementation, testing, and validation—highlighting the partnerships, milestones, and collective impact achieved along the way. It showcases how cross-regional cooperation can effectively drive sustainable change, enhance employability, and embed entrepreneurship as a key competence across formal and non-formal education systems. As part of the project’s communication and dissemination activities, this final project video presents the key outcomes, milestones, and overall impact achieved throughout the EMSA project, while also reflecting on the collaborative journey and lessons learned during its implementation.
