We are thrilled to welcome back our incredible participants from the sun-drenched town of Rascafría, Spain! They have just concluded a powerful seven-day journey as part of the international training course, “Youth Work for Gender Awareness in the Euro-Mediterranean Context.”



This immersive experience, held under the umbrella of the PHOENIX project, brought together a dynamic group of youth workers, educators, and facilitators from across the Euro-Mediterranean region. The mission was clear and crucial: to advance gender equity and empower young women through hands-on learning and collaboration.

This wasn’t just a training—it was a catalyst for change. Our participants have returned with sharpened skills and a renewed passion for promoting gender-sensitive approaches in their work. They are now better equipped than ever to foster inclusion and drive meaningful conversations within their local and international communities.
This journey marks a valuable step forward in our collective mission to build a more equal, just, and aware society. The seeds planted in Rascafría will now blossom into actions worldwide.
