Title: ‘EMSA’ – Entrepreneurial Mindset and Key Skills For All
Date: 2023 to 2025
Location: Greece, Cyprus, Egypt, Jordan, and Palestine.
Donor: ERASMUS+
Moving beyond traditional training, EMSA focuses on two powerful pillars: building practical entrepreneurial skills aligned with the ENTRECOMP framework and strengthening the core competencies for lifelong learning outlined in the European Reference Framework (ERF). Our goal is clear—to boost employability and create robust pathways for personal and professional growth.
What makes EMSA unique is its commitment to quality and structured implementation. All training programs and materials have been collaboratively reviewed and refined, with courses designed to deliver measurable outcomes. The project recently held its third international meeting in Nicosia, Cyprus, to finalize learning outputs and plan the upcoming certification and delivery phases. Furthermore, successful participants will obtain an internationally recognized ISO 17024 certificate, providing a valuable and credible credential.
Through the development of a structured digital curriculum—including 15 competency-based courses under ENTRECOMP, each comprising an 8-hour session delivered over 15 weeks—innovative assessment tools, and a collaborative network for trainers, EMSA is not just another training program. It is a comprehensive ecosystem for effective online learning and professional networking.
This project is a testament to international collaboration, bringing together partners from multiple European and non-European countries, including Cyprus, Greece, Egypt, Jordan, and Palestine. Together, we are bridging borders to foster entrepreneurship, enhance skills, and support the next generation of leaders.
As part of the project’s communication and dissemination efforts, this announcement highlights the key outcomes and next steps following the third international meeting.
