As part of our ongoing journey to empower VET providers and learners across Europe and neighboring regions, the EMSA project reached an exciting new milestone this past November. Our consortium gathered in Cyprus for two pivotal events: the 3rd Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) and the Master Trainers’ Training on the European Reference Framework (ERF).
Hosted by our coordinating partner, MMC Management Center, the 3rd TPM brought together all six consortium partners from Cyprus, Greece, Jordan, Egypt, and Palestine. This meeting was not only a chance to review our progress and align on upcoming deliverables, but also a moment to reflect on the collaborative spirit that drives EMSA forward.
We discussed the outcomes of our previous activities, shared insights from our national contexts, and finalized the timeline for the next major phase: the first pilot training on the ENTRECOMP framework.
In parallel with the TPM, we conducted an intensive Master Trainers’ Training on the ERF competences. This training was a cornerstone of our capacity-building efforts, equipping trainers from all partner countries with the tools and methodologies to deliver high-quality, EQF-aligned training on six of the eight ERF key competences.
The training emphasized:
The feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, and the training served as a model for how we envision future learning experiences under EMSA.
One of the key outcomes of our Cyprus visit was the consortium-wide decision to kick off the ENTRECOMP pilot training. This marks the beginning of the next phase of EMSA, where we will:
EMSA is more than a project — it’s a movement to bridge education and employability through innovative, inclusive, and validated learning. Our time in Cyprus reaffirmed our shared commitment to this mission and energized us for the work ahead.
Stay tuned as we launch the ENTRECOMP pilots and continue shaping the future of VET in our regions!
