• Analyzing and understanding customer patterns and knowledge in the inquiry database.
• I have to analyze customer inquiries, understand patterns, and then use the database to reach a solution quickly.

Responsible for Sales, Printing, Arranging and Cleaning.
The library contains many books that students buy and explanations that students print, the problem is that they are not organized and it takes a long time to find them. To solve the problem, I created a simple database in Excel that Improve sales efficiency by over 30%. | I love the nature and this feeling lead me to participate on any volunteer work aim to clean the environment or To spread awareness to preserve the environment.
I had participated on many cleaning, the last one for Barqash Forests. | I am consider my self as Analytical and critical analyst, I like deal with data and try to understand it to find the insight to improving processes and enhancing decision making strategies.
